Amelia is a writer and filmmaker based in New York City. Her films have received critical acclaim from several festivals, including the National Film Festival for Talented Youth (NFFTY), the Women’s Independent Film Festival in Hollywood, the Montclair Film Festival, and NewFilmmakers New York.

In 2020, Amelia graduated with a master’s degree in Humanities from The University of Chicago, where she wrote a complete original television pilot and accompanying critical analysis for her thesis.

Amelia is currently pursuing her MFA in Television Writing at Stony Brook University.
